Proctor Cars protect their prestigious vehicles with Warrantywise
Proctor Cars have been buying, selling and sourcing both pre-owned and new prestige, sports and 4×4 cars since the late 1970’s. In 2012 Proctor Cars signed up with Warrantywise and began providing their customers with the UK’s best used car warranty. Warrantywise Dealer Sales Supervisor Clare, went to visit Proctor Cars to talk to them about their experience with Warrantywise, here is what they had to say.
Why did you choose Warrantywise?
Proctor Cars decided to choose Warrantywise as their warranty provider to protect their cars and to provide their customers with peace of mind. Every pre-owned car they sell is sold with a minimum of 6 months warranty. They stated, that the quality of cover provided by Warrantywise is one of the main reasons Proctor Cars decided to protect their vehicles with Warrantywise. Due to the calibre of cars they sell, it is vital for them to protect their cars with the best cover, all equipped with main dealer labour rates and the best level of cover available.

When booking on warranties, car dealers can either use the online system or call their dedicated Account Manager. Proctor Cars praised the online system, stating, “The booking system is something we cannot fault, it is so easy to use and it is great having the option to upsell all the different options.”

Meet their Account Manager… Clare
I began working at Warrantywise since April 2013. My first role was as a Dealer Account Manager selling our Trade warranties to Used Car Dealers. I then got promoted to Dealer Sales supervisor and I took over our Trade Key Accounts. I love this job role and enjoy the fact that every day is different.
I have been Proctor Car’s Account Manager since 2013. I have since built a very good relationship with them all at Proctors and often go out to visit them in Chesterfield. They are a very successful used and new car dealership that prides themselves on honesty and customer satisfaction, by assuring all vehicles they sell are prepped and checked thoroughly, in the event their customers do need to claim the whole process and experience is plain sailing.
They trust us immensely to look after each and every one of their customers after sales. We are proud to have developed such a trustworthy and solid business relationship with James and Alan and the rest of the team at Proctor Car sales over the years and we hope there are many more to come.
