Meet their Account Manager… Carla

I began working as an Account Manager here at Warrantywise back in 2012, but left for a while in February 2014 to travel and live in New Zealand.

I returned to my old role In February last year and it is crazy just how much the trade department has grown over the years. When I first started here there was only three or four or us, now there are two constantly growing trade departments. It is great to be part of a busy market leading company, selling the very best warranties, which still stick to their original family business values.

As an account manager I love building long lasting relationships with motor dealers looking to sell our prestigious extended car warranties. Paul is our main contact at Redline Specialist cars, and although he is not on the phone 24/7 he knows I am always here when he needs us. All the guys at Redline are always friendly and easy to talk to on the phone which makes my job even better.

Wayne, one of our on the road reps, also has a great relationship with everybody at Redline, and regularly checks in with them to ensure all is running smoothly and they have everything they need.
