Mr Bowling decided to choose Warrantywise after the manufacturers warranty on his Chevrolet had come to an end. Mr Bowling believes a car warranty was important for him, so started looking at warranty companies to further protect his car. When asked why he chose Warrantywise he stated that, as part of a discussion on a Chevrolet Owners Club forum, a number of warranty companies were discussed, however, upon more research Mr Bowling decided that Warrantywise were the right company for him as he was able to tailor the plan to his needs.
In January 2016, a fault occurred with the gearbox of Mr Bowling’s Chevrolet. He rang the recovery company the following day and the car was recovered and taken to the dealer garage.
When asked about his experience with the repair process, Mr Bowling stated,
“There was a little bit of delay in terms of the garage actually providing detail, but throughout I was kept updated by Warrantywise. The garage was a little more difficult to get hold of. Warrantywise also managed to gain approval from Chevrolet to pay a percentage of the repair, which was really good as Chevrolet didn’t even reply to my email to them in terms of why would a gearbox fail after only 35,100 miles”
Overall, Mr Bowling was extremely happy with the service he received from Warrantywise throughout, he said,
“My initial phone call to Warrantywise was handled swiftly and efficiently and the process was smooth and pain free”
Mr Bowling has been a customer since January 2015 and greatly praised Warrantywise stating,
