An increasingly popular craze amongst the motoring journalist community and amongst general car fans on Twitter is that of car spotting – taking discrete photographs of rare, expensive or otherwise interesting cars. Twitter’s most well-known and much-loved car spotter is the ultra-keen Simon Ford from Glasgow, whose car spotting and general motoring banter on Twitter is as relentless as that bunny from the battery adverts on TV! Porsche have been signalling their intention to make compact SUV coupé since early 2006, but financial restructuring led to the plan being scrapped. Following the Range Rover Evoque’s success, Porsche decided that it might not have been such a bad idea after all. Rumours of the Cajun were confirmed by Prosche in March.
