New boilers come with a manufacturer’s boiler warranty of two or three years as standard. Even after that warranty expires, you may still be covered for parts that are faulty, but it’s often the labour and call-out costs incurred which contribute to a hefty bill. This is because you are no longer covered for repairs or emergency call outs.
