Terms and Conditions: Competition for Used Car Warranty Customers

  • 1. Competition Overview
    • Customers who purchase a used car warranty between 9:00 AM on 13th December 2025 and 11:59 PM on 24th December 2025, and hold an active plan during this period, will be entered into a prize draw to win £200 and nominate a charity of their choice to receive a £200 donation.
  • 2. Eligibility
    • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
    • To qualify, customers must purchase a used vehicle warranty and maintain an active plan between 13th December 2025 and 24th December 2025.
    • Employees of Warrantywise, their immediate family members, and individuals connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
  • 3. Entry Requirements
    • Each eligible warranty purchase within the qualifying period counts as one entry into the competition.
    • The winner must open a Wise Rewards account to receive the £200 credit. This must be completed within 10 working days of being contacted.
  • 4. Prizes
    • One winner will receive a £200 credit.
    • The winner may nominate a UK-registered charity to receive a £200 donation.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available for the charity donation.
  • 5. Winner Selection and Announcement
    • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    • The winner will be announced by 6th January 2026 and notified using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
  • 6. Claiming the Prize
    • The winner must respond within 10 working days of being notified to confirm their Wise Rewards account details and nominated charity.
    • Failure to respond within the required timeframe, or inability to supply the necessary information, may result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being selected.
  • 7. Charity Donation
    • The nominated charity must be a registered UK charity. Proof of charitable status may be requested.
    • The £200 donation will be made directly to the chosen charity on behalf of the winner.
  • 8. General Terms
    • By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
    • Warrantywise reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
    • Warrantywise is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party services relating to prize delivery or charity donation.
    • Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Warrantywise’s privacy policy.
  • 9. Promoter
    • This competition is operated by Warrantywise.

Price Promise

Our Price Promise applies to any plan level you have been quoted for, where the plan level is identical (“like-for-like”). If a like-for-like comparison cannot be made, we will issue a bespoke quotation based on your needs, which we guarantee will be the most competitive price and plan we offer at that time.

To activate our Price Promise, proof of an active comparative quote (dated within the previous 30 days) is required. We do not match exclusive or restricted discounts (e.g., student, NHS, blue-light). Warrantywise reserves the right to refuse a price match where fraud or unauthorised reseller activity is suspected.

All warranty plans are governed by the details set out within the warranty plan documents. Warrantywise reserves the right to change or withdraw the ‘Price Promise’ without notice. Please contact our warranty specialists to activate the ‘Price Promise’.
