The service is very good, I wanted to extend my cover from the dealers initial 3 month free cover. Michelle the customer service advisor was very friendly, informative and efficient. She explained everything I wanted to know and set my new cover up to start from my initial 3 month cover ending. Would recommend Warrantywise, as with all insurance or warranty policies they can sometimes be a gamble that you only know if it was worth it when you make a claim which is when you find out how good your policy is. I've made a couple of claims and in each instance the response and cover has been faultless which enables me to get my car repaired and back on the road fast and without hassle. Wouldn't be without a Warrantywise policy.
The claims process is really simple you just give Warrantywise a call who will deal with it all on your behalf with the repairer pay them for the work and better yet if they can't fix it they will offer a like for like replacement.
