At the heart of this role, you’ll work closely with our customers to guide them through their repair journey, ensuring every request is handled smoothly and efficiently. Delivering an exceptional customer experience is key, so you’ll play a vital part in maintaining the high standards we’re known for.

Your main duties:
- Handle inbound calls from customers, supporting them with repair-related queries.
- Make outbound calls to keep customers updated on repair decisions and next steps.
- Deliver a high standard of service, ensuring every interaction is handled promptly, professionally, and with care.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding repairs to keep everything moving smoothly.
- Gather customer feedback on repairs and their overall experience with Warrantywise.
- Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to underpin the process.
Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, communications skills, and willingness to learn.

- Strong listening skills, allowing you to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Well organised, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Comfortable using computers, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
