We have an exciting opportunity for a repairs technician assessor to join our growing team.

We are looking for a repairs technician assessor to join our ever-growing team, at our prestige office, the Rocket Centre in Blackburn.

Job Details.

This role would suit someone who can work to a high standard in a fast-paced environment. You will be the main point of contact and you will be providing the customer and repairer with the best service possible every step of the way.

Your role will entail:

  • Assessing repair requests.
  • Communicating to repairers and customers.
  • Taking inbound and outbound calls.
  • Deliver excellent customer service.
  • Working individually and as a team.
  • Abiding to GDPR.

You need to be energetic, dedicated to the role and able to work well under pressure. As this is a challenging role, we need someone who has a passionate interest and enthusiastic approach to resolving vehicle problems and offer the best customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also need to be conscientious and able to use their own initiative.

Previous motor trade experience is essential.

Mechanical knowledge is desirable but not essential.
