This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role that would suit someone who takes pride in working to a high standard. As a key point of contact, you’ll support both customers and repairers throughout the repair journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience at every stage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing repair requests and making informed decisions.
- Communicating clearly with both customers and repairers.
- Handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Delivering excellent customer service at every touchpoint.
- Working both independently and collaboratively within the team.
- Ensuring all processes are compliant with GDPR.

Requirements:
- Previous motor trade experience is essential.
- Mechanical knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
