Warrantywise supply the highest quality extended vehicle warranties for all makes and models to private individuals as well as over 3000 independent dealer groups.
The last 12 months has seen us undergo huge growth that’s taken the Warrantywise family from 50 to 150 people, and we plan to continue our rapid expansion during 2024 and beyond.

The purpose of your role will be to work closely with our customers to manage their warranty requirements and requests. We need to make sure we continue to provide a great service to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a natural problem solver and great communicator.
Your main duties:
- Answer inbound telephone calls from customers relating to repairs.
- Outbound calls informing customers of repair decisions.
- Providing high quality and professional assistance dealing with calls promptly and courteously.
- Chase up outstanding repairs.
- Contact customers for feedback on repairs and their experience with Warrantywise.
- Provide accurate administrative support.
- Previous customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
