This is a fast-paced, target-driven role, ideal for someone who takes pride in working to a high standard and enjoys engaging with customers. You’ll play a key role in connecting with leads across the business, helping to create opportunities and support overall growth.
Your responsibilities will include:- Using a dialler system to contact leads across multiple departments.
- Cleansing and updating data to ensure accurate customer information.
- Working in line with GDPR requirements at all times.
- Achieving monthly call and conversion targets.
- Managing callbacks effectively and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Delivering excellent customer service in every interaction.
- Working both independently and collaboratively within the team.
Providing you are motivated and committed, this role offers the opportunity to earn commission alongside clearly defined KPIs.

Requirements:
- Previous dialler experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.
