This is a fast-paced, target-driven role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering results while maintaining a high standard of customer service. As a key point of contact, you’ll guide customers through their journey, ensuring they receive the best possible experience from start to finish.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls from the Lead Generation team.
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls for new and existing leads.
- Organising callbacks and managing your own workload effectively.
- Confidently handling and overcoming objections from both Private and Renewal customers.
- Working towards and achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maximising every opportunity by fully exploring and converting leads.
- Using your initiative to provide tailored quotes for customers.
- Delivering excellent customer service at every stage.
- Working both independently and as part of a team.
- Ensuring all processes are compliant with GDPR.
Providing you are motivated and committed, this role offers excellent earning potential through commission, alongside clearly defined KPIs.

Requirements:
- Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Full training will be provided.
