Mr Cooper was on holiday, travelling from Hailsham to Truro when he encountered a problem with his Ford Galaxy. It started when a warning appeared on the engine management screen and soon after power was reduced, so he decided to stop at Southampton services.
As Mr Cooper was towing a caravan he called Green Flag who diagnosed a turbo problem, and they arranged a courtesy car to tow the caravan. Mr Cooper had been recommended to use a Ford main dealer garage so arranged with Warrantywise to have his car delivered to Vospers Truro for repair.
Mr Cooper stated:
“My car was diagnosed with needing a new turbo and after me forwarding the service book to Warrantywise it was agreed that they would settle the bill of £1515 direct with the garage and also offered me a hire car, which I had to unfortunately decline because of our moulting labrador, but it was a kind thought.”
The car was repaired and returned to Mr Cooper within a week with all payments settled directly with the garage. Mr Cooper has been a loyal Warrantywise customer for over three years, when asked why he chose Warrantywise he stated,
