1. Promoter
   • This promotion is offered by Warrantywise (“the Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period
   • The promotion is valid from 00:01 on 2 March 2026 until 23:59 on 31 March 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
   • Any purchases made outside of this period will not qualify.
3. Offer Details
   • Customers will receive 20% off their original online quote when using the promotional code SPRING20 during the Promotion Period.
4. Eligibility
   • The offer is available to retail customers only.
   • The promotion is valid online only via the Promoter’s official website.
   • Customers must enter the code SPRING20 at the point of purchase for the discount to apply.
5. Discount Conditions
   • The discount applies to the original quoted price only.
   • The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, cashback, voucher, referral incentive, price match, or promotional code.
   • Only one promotional code may be used per customer.
   • The code may not be applied retrospectively to previous purchases.
   • The code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other alternative.
   • The discount is non-transferrable and may not be resold.
6. Exclusions

7. Cancellation & Refunds

9. Fraud & Misuse
   • The Promoter reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or recover the discount where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, misuse of the code, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Liability
    • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
      • Any technical issues that prevent the code from being applied.
      • Incomplete, illegible, or failed transactions due to system errors.
    • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which it would be unlawful to exclude under applicable law.
11. General
    • The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
