1 in 5 car owners are delaying in buying a new vehicle. This is according to new research conducted by eBay Motors Group reported in Car Dealer magazine*. Its Consumer Insight Panel interviewed over 3,000 in-market buyers during the second week of April, after Ofgem’s cap on energy costs increased.
