What is a discretionary Warranty?.
Edd China explains how, unlike car insurance, a discretionary warranty allows Warrantywise the flexibility to assess each repair request on a case-by-case basis. Also, it’s his job to consider unresolved repair requests applying his discretion over Warrantywise if he believes it is fair to you to do so.
“Unlike insurance a discretionary warranty allows Warrantywise a choice to assess each repair request on a case-by-case basis”
“It’s my job to consider unique situations and to make exceptions if I believe it’s fair to do so. This flexibility is really helpful, especially when things get complicated”
“Every repair goes through a careful evaluation process. If there’s a dispute I thoroughly examine all the details and evidence before I make a decision”
“Warrantywise genuinely care about it’s customers. That’s why they offer a discretionary warranty and go the extra mile and give you the peace of mind you deserve, knowing you’re protected in more ways than one “

However, we understand that you may have a preferred garage in mind. If that’s the case, please ensure they are VAT registered and follow our provided ‘Repairs Procedure’ outlined in your warranty plan booklet. It’s also crucial to verify that their labour rate aligns with your warranty schedule.
