Drivers assistance

We may pay for the repair cost for the breakdown or premature failure of one component part (and only one at a time) of the following systems, providing it was fitted to your vehicle by the manufacturer as original equipment:

• Active parking control
• Braking control
• Cruise control
• Easy-entry steering column
• Engine Stop/Start
• Electronic stability program (ESP) curve assist
• Cameras
• Gesture control systems
• Heads-up display and control unit
• Heated steering wheel
• Lane-keep assist
• Outside temperature gauge
• Remote boot open/close
• Soft-close door locks
• Speed limit control
• Traffic sign recognition

Emissions failure

We may pay for the repair cost of reconditioning (or where a reconditioned part cannot be located, replacing) the following, due to your vehicle failing an exhaust gas emissions test:
• Catalytic converter
• Diesel particulate filter
• Exhaust-gas recirculation valve
• Oxygen, nitrous oxide or Adblue/Eolys sensor pump (CAT, DPF, EGR, LAMBDA, NOX)

MOT Failure

We may pay for the repair cost of included parts which have failed the DVSA annual MOT test, together with the cost of any re-test free.

Multimedia

We may pay for the repair cost following the breakdown or premature failure of the following, which was fitted to your vehicle as original equipment:
• Radio
• CD player
• DVD player
• Sat Nav

Your plan level is personal .

Every car is different, so we make sure that once we’ve defined your ideal plan level, our experts will advise of additional services personalised to your car. To kick things off, we categorise your car into one of our Plans, based on its age and mileage and go from there.

Mechanical, electrical parts & labour *.

You can be confident that our warranty leaves no stone (or part) unturned.

Emergency breakdown*.

If you break down and need help, we’ll get someone to you as fast as possible to assess the problem.

Car hire, onward travel & expenses.

If we agree to repair your vehicle, we’ll make sure that your journey carries on uninterrupted while we fix the problem.

Premature failure*.

Any premature failure of parts is out of your hands. Put it in ours and Edd China’s.

Parts are replaced in pairs*.

It’s our job to help keep your used car on the road for longer. That’s why, if your repair is approved when parts work in pairs, we replace them in pairs.

Price Promise

Our Price Promise applies to any plan level you have been quoted for, where the plan level is identical (“like-for-like”). If a like-for-like comparison cannot be made, we will issue a bespoke quotation based on your needs, which we guarantee will be the most competitive price and plan we offer at that time.

To activate our Price Promise, proof of an active comparative quote (dated within the previous 30 days) is required. We do not match exclusive or restricted discounts (e.g., student, NHS, blue-light). Warrantywise reserves the right to refuse a price match where fraud or unauthorised reseller activity is suspected.

All warranty plans are governed by the details set out within the warranty plan documents. Warrantywise reserves the right to change or withdraw the ‘Price Promise’ without notice. Please contact our warranty specialists to activate the ‘Price Promise’.
