Cancellations and transfers
Yes. You can cancel your warranty at any time. If you cancel within 14 days of the warranty issue date, you’ll receive a full refund of any payments you’ve made.
If you cancel after the first 14 days, a £50 cancellation fee and a 30-day cancellation notice period apply.
Any refund will depend on the remaining period of your warranty and whether you’ve used any services or we’ve authorised any repair costs. Payments due during the cancellation notice period will continue to be collected.
