Are there vehicle age or mileage limits?

Yes. The age and mileage limits depend on what you’re looking to do. New-plan eligibility is based on your vehicle’s age and mileage, so we’ll confirm the options available when you get a quote. If you already have a Warrantywise plan, your warranty will end when your vehicle reaches 18 years old or 200,000 miles. If you’re transferring an existing plan to a new private owner, the vehicle must be no more than 15 years old and have travelled no more than 150,000 miles.

How does an extended car warranty work?

If your vehicle develops an unexpected mechanical or electrical issue, contact your warranty provider before arranging any repair work. A garage will need to diagnose the problem so the repair request can be assessed against the warranty plan.

What servicing requirements apply?

Your vehicle must be serviced and maintained in line with the manufacturer’s recommendations throughout the plan period. Missing a service may affect a repair request and could result in your plan being cancelled.

Which plan applies to my vehicle?

The plan available will depend on your vehicle’s age and mileage. Your plan level will be shown in your quote and confirmed in your schedule.
